This is kind of insulting. It is just a repackaged Raspberry Pi 3 unit, a cheap bluetooth keyboard, and a 8GB micro SD with built-in software. The Kano operating system is free on their website. http://developers.kano.me/downloads/

I suppose all this kit really has going for it is the handbook which is written for children to hopefully assemble without adult supervision, however even that book is available for free on their downloads page.

Here is a similar Raspberry Pi bundle that is $20 cheaper. Same building experience. Nicer case. 32GB Micro SD.

If you don't want a bundle, here is the Raspberry Pi unit by itself. You would have to buy a case for it, an HDMI cable, a keyboard/mouse, a power cable, and micro SD to load up operating systems.

i gave it green because of the colors, and getting kids interested in this stuff is kinda cool. your link is also cool, but i dunno how kids would take to it (i haven't been one in years)

but to be fair...i dunno how insulted i would be considering you're still making a functional PC for under $100 in both cases
